WHAT IS PAT TESTING?
PAT testing is a process in commercial, industrial and domestic environments where electrical appliances are routinely checked to ensure they are safe.
When people work or come into contact with electrical equipment, Health & Safety regulations say that this equipment must be safe to use. Testing at regular intervals is the recognised means of ensuring that this is the case.
Testing at regular intervals ensures continual safety for the user of the equipment and peace of mind for employers and those responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
KPAT is a registered
Service Provider approved by The National Inspection Council for
Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) and therefore legally qualified to
test your equipment.
